About Me

My name is Jeff Reynolds and i’m a photographer, biologist, and expedition leader based out of Victoria, British Columbia. I shoot wildlife and landscapes around the world. From experiencing hungry Grizzly bears catching salmon in the Great Bear Rainforest to bubble netting humpbacks in the deep fjords of Alaska, all the way to penguin homing leopard seals in the Antarctic, I find I become most inspired when I am experiencing the unpredictable. I hope my images will inspire others to continue exploring the natural world, as well as conserve it.

A seasoned naturalist, I lead boat-based expeditions that bring people to the remote, wild coasts of B.C. and Alaska. I spend much of the austral summer in Antarctica, educating guests about marine mammals and leading citizen science programs aboard an expedition ship.

My photographs have been published in Canadian Geographic, Royal Canadian Geographic Society, Toque and Canoe, Vogue, Orange County Register, The Vancouver Sun, Times Colonist, Nuvo Magazine, The Province, Adventure Travel News, Ultimate Adventures, The Telegraph, Honey Moon Always, Mashable, LA Times, CNN Travel, Fodor’s Travel, Robb Report, Commodor’s Boats, The Globe and Mail, Haida Gwaii Tourism, Sabatic, The Senior, Mashable, and Students On Ice, The Maritime Executive, Travel Courier, O.Canada, Departures, and the Vancouver Sun
